We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Client Partner to join our team in Egypt.
As an Client Partner as a part of the X team , you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with SMB advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a primary point of contact for SMB clients, providing guidance, insights, and recommendations to help them achieve their advertising goals on X.Acquire new accounts based on current market opportunities and reactivate silent accounts to decrease churnBuild and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing exceptional service and support.Create and implement effective media strategies for advertisers, aligning with their goals and objectives. Regularly evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Directly responsible for generating revenues through X based on the set targetStrategic and proactive planning towards achieving clients KPIsPitch proactively for new opportunities and secure annual deals against clients' yearly planConduct business reviews on client on quarterly, semi-annually and annual basisMonitor existing campaigns and continuously advising on best recommendations to decrease under-pacing accountsPush for new products activation for all clientsPreparing proactively for seasonal opportunities ( Valentine's day, Mother's day, world cup, etc.).What You Need For This Role:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum 2 to 3 years of Relevant online sales experienceCRM / Salesforce experience is a plusOnline/digital media ExperienceProven fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Able to articulate digital technologies in a simple contextGreat Communication, presentation and negotiation skills.KSA background is a plusAble to handle multiple prioritiesWhat You'll Love About Us:We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your positionWork in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the world Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising Flexible Work Models.
