If you are a native or fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills, looking for a career in a diverse setting in Egypt, then we have an ideal opportunity for you. Join our German Sales Support team for a hospitality client.

As a project advisor, your role entails supporting the client's strategic plans and goals in bookings management and handling customer complaints. You should approach tasks in a supportive, practical, and business-oriented manner, creating memorable customer experiences and working closely with supervisors and key partners to achieve exceptional results. You will serve as the brand's ambassador, reflecting our company's culture and values, always in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries based on client standards, maintaining high levels of customer experience and adherence to company protocols.
  • Managing the inquiry process through to invoicing, utilizing client tools effectively to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks, completing them professionally and punctually.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of client brands to enhance the booking and delivery process.
  • Supporting departmental strategies and objectives, taking charge of designated responsibilities.
  • Continuous skills and knowledge development aligned with the company's growth culture.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders involved.
  • Establishing and nurturing productive relationships, promoting company values and culture.
  • Adhering to all relevant legislation, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements and best practices.
Key Requirements for Success
  • Proficiency in German (C1)
  • Strong listening and communication skills in supported languages
  • Effective organization, planning, and prioritization capabilities
  • Reliability, dependability, and ability to work independently
  • Positive interaction with colleagues and supervisors
  • Demonstrating patience, empathy, and stress management skills
  • Confidence in providing information and assisting callers in challenging situations

Experience/Education:

  • Ideally a college degree with relevant work background
  • Previous exposure to sales and customer service environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using computers
