Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben als Kundendienstspezialist gehören:

  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Anfragen innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitrahmens entsprechend den Standards des Kunden beantwortet werden, wobei alle Aspekte des Kunden- und Kundenerlebnisses auf höchstem Niveau bereitgestellt werden, und stellen Sie sicher, dass Unternehmensstandards und die Verwendung dedizierter Systeme erreicht und eingehalten werden.
  • Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen Aufgaben und stellen Sie sicher, dass alles termingerecht und professionell ausgeführt wird.
  • Machen Sie sich mit der Marke des Projekts vertraut, um den Kunden besser bedienen zu können.
  • Unterstützen und umsetzen Sie die Strategien und Ziele der Abteilung, indem Sie die Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen Bereiche übernehmen.
  • Entwickeln und bauen Sie bei jeder Gelegenheit innerhalb der Abteilung eigene Fähigkeiten, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus, die mit der vom Unternehmen erwarteten Wachstums-, Entwicklungs- und Leistungskultur im Einklang stehen.

Um in der Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, müssen Sie über Folgendes verfügen:

  • Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Zuhören und in der schriftlichen/mündlichen Kommunikation
  • Selbstorganisation, Planungs- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
  • Zuverlässig und in der Lage, Aufgaben mit minimaler Aufsicht auszuführen
  • Fähigkeit zum positiven Umgang mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten
  • Geduld, Empathie und Fähigkeit, mit Stress umzugehen
  • Fähigkeit, Selbstvertrauen bei der Weitergabe von Informationen oder im Umgang mit unruhigen Anrufern zu zeigen
