Facility Management Coordinator

The Facility Management Coordinator is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and implementation of all tasks and activities related to purchasing & procurement, inventory control, renovation & maintenance, transportation & security services, food & beverage provision, housekeeping, as well as overall building & equipment maintenance in the center. S/He is to ensure that all policies and procedures are accurately and timely implemented as outlined by Innovvetteâs policy and systems. S/He is to train, coach and closely supervise the performance and progress of all the staff reporting to her, namely, cook, cleaning, nannies, security, office boy, etc.  S/He is to observe the daily & monthly consumption and ensure adherence to the approved budget & the pro-rata consumption.Â
Duties and responsibilities:Monitor, train and guide all service employees (nannies, cleaning, kitchen, security, etcâ¦) to ensure correct implementation of Company policies and procedures at all times. Conduct staff meetings and may provide training sessions as needed.Supervise the Food and Beverage function in the Center, closely monitoring staff adherence to the agreed upon regulations & procedures of safety & hygiene, quality, consumption and inventory control.Supervise scheduled cleaning of the Center and conduct thorough frequent visual checks all the time.Monitor the general conditions of the premise and its equipment to ensure a high level of quality appearance and performance. Evaluate needs, perform repairs where qualified, oversee use of equipment and recommend professional services when necessary. Request replacements and new contracts for needed repairs following Company policies and procedures. Make daily, weekly and monthly purchases necessary for the Center operation while maximizing operational profit and quality level. Monitor storage procedures and manage the inventory system.Maintain correct financial accounting of the petty cash in hand and accurately reconcile it with accountant in required timings, as well as, protect the center's overall assets.Manage the spending of the Facility Management function in the center and recommend inventory reductions and/or adjustment, replacement.Â
