**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for **assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within our organization.** This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**JOB Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates and reports to management.
- Assist in the development of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Support project managers in day-to-day tasks and activities to drive project success.

- **Schedule planning -** Project time planning through the PM tool and MPP (Microsoft Project).
- **Resource management** - keep the resource actual effort updated and provide a plan to control the resource project progress including updating the achievement percentages.
- **Cost control**:

- keep track of the budget consumption and perform billing and bookkeeping tasks.
- **Meeting and Sessions **- Plan, attend, and document project internal and external meetings (MoM) to keep track of the project and follow up on the due actions.
- **Reporting** - Accountable for delivering all kinds of updated project reports. Those can be internal or external reports as needed.
- **Document Control **- Ensure Project reports, invoices, contracts, and all other financial files for easy access.
- **Acceptance administration** - Follow up the acceptance document's signature and do all the acceptance administration management part with the client.
- **Risk management**:

- Keep and update the risk register.
- **Compliance Tracking** - Ensure all project resources and submitted files follow the Projects dep. Process.
- **Business Process** - Work according to the GBS policies, processes, procedures, and methodology.
- **Project Support** - Support the Project Dept., for the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget within all project life cycles starting from kick-off to closure.
- **Closure File **- Fill and update project closure with all relevant details such as planned cost, actual cost, planned effort, actual effort, project budget, and project cost.

**QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- At least **0-2 years’ experience** in **IT, IS, MIS, and Telecom or a related field.**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as a team, in diverse and multicultural environments.
- Excellent customer-friendly attitude.
- Analytical capacity and ability to meet deadlines.
