Your Role

Responsible for the areas of Recruitment & Employer Branding. Responsible for the recruitment process while ensuring all KPIs are met. Manage the workforce planning exercise. Design the yearly employer branding calendar. Manage the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion calendar. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field (Preferably Human Resources). At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in multinational. Fluency in English is a must. Excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast paced environment.
