Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

NOK Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling the external recruitment and selection cycle for our PWD Services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify selection requirements and criteria to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Designing interview questions, evaluation methods, and scripts that reflect each position's requirements and promote disability inclusion.
  • Interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for our programs and customers, while ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Communicating employer benefits, policies, and program details to candidates during the screening process.
  • Adding candidates' status to our PwDs Tracking Database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Liaising with customers and stakeholders to communicate interview feedback, assessment results, and shortlists.
  • Performing reference and background checks to ensure the highest standards of recruitment.
  • Maintaining records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Conducting exit interviews with terminating employees to gather feedback and evaluate the recruitment process.
  • Proposing and participating in initiatives to utilize, grow, and maintain our extensive PwDs network.
  • Participating in preparing for and attending job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Supervising the process of follow-up reviews with customers and hired PwDs to gather feedback, evaluate recruitment efforts, and take corrective actions in consultation with the HR & Inclusion Manager as required.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through contact follow-up, sending updates, and gathering feedback to meet their needs and maximize their satisfaction.
  • Advising clients regarding accommodations for PwDs, including assistive tools.
  • Submitting relevant recruitment and selection reports to the HR & Inclusion Manager as required.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive development plans for direct subordinates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline, with additional post-graduate certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and disability inclusion.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment fundamentals, Egyptian Labour Law, and Rights of PwDs Law.
  • Knowledge of disability ethics and inclusive interviewing techniques and strategies.
