ICU Senior Registrar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Registrar/Sr. Registrar to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a key member of our intensive care unit, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients under the mentorship of senior intensivists.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage complex medical cases independently, utilizing advanced clinical skills in the specialized field.
• Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless functioning of the ICU team.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, contributing to the training and development of medical teams.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams, offering expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
• Engage in clinical research activities, contributing to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing and adhering to evidence-based medical practices.
• Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department, contributing to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
• Pursue continuous professional development, staying abreast of advancements in the medical field.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing, with completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty.
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required for the position of Sr. Registrar, with a Master's degree also preferred.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must, with Dataflow also required.
• From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification, with a registered member of the Saudi Board Council being preferable.
• Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
