About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our team in Cairo. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for users
  • Performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting network and system services (printing, email service, VPN, and internet access)
  • Applying IT policies and regulations
  • Configuring attendance machines and reporting system services
  • Having a good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
  • Having experience with HyperV/VMware Server Virtualization
  • Having skills in backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation
  • Having strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
  • From 3-4 years of experience
