Senior Talent Development Specialist

NOK Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through effective talent management and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior and middle management in setting departmental and team objectives, ensuring alignment with SMART criteria.
  • Prepare and facilitate year-end ratings and calibration to ensure a fair and effective performance review process.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal grievance schedules and documentations, as well as supervise action plans for under-performers.
  • Manage scheduling, enrollment, and logistics for management and leadership development programs, including learner data updates.
  • Generate reports and analytics for performance management and leadership development programs, addressing senior and middle management needs.
  • Contribute to the selection of external SMEs and partners for management and leadership programs, ensuring proper criteria are met.
  • Facilitate and monitor assessment center processes, findings, and database updates to support succession planning and career development.
Main Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent management.
  • HR diploma.
  • KPIs certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle high levels of detail.
  • High enthusiasm for learning, researching, and self-development.
