The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in finding properties and investment opportunities for the company fund and will handle multiple aspects of the process, including but not limited to sourcing , contacting, and aiding in the financing of company-owned properties and future prospects. 

Please note that this position is onsite at the company's office in Maadi Degla and English fluency is required.

Students will not be accepted. Intern's military service should be completed or exempt. At the end of the internship, interns will be considered for full-time employment.

 

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Internship

Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

Stipend: 3,000 - 4,000 per month

Duration: 3 months

 

Responsibilities

Find properties for acquisitions by the company in Egypt and abroadManage property listings and ensure accurate information is posted. Process real estate transactions and ensure all documentation is complete. Maintain and organize office records and files. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns. Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies. Prepare and distribute real estate documents and contracts.Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.Exceptional organizational abilities.Strong ability to interact professionally with clients and real estate professionals.High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transaction coordination.Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is a plus.The ability to multitask effectively.Proficiency in spoken and written English.
