Job Title: Real Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter (Project)

PILLARS is a leading Recruitment Firm based in Egypt. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter (Project) to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified blue-collar workers for our construction projects
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Coordinate with project managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational training programs, and other organizations to attract potential candidates
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates
  • Ensure all hiring processes and documentation are in compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Egypt
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting blue-collar workers through various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
