Job Title: Project Manager Large Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the project team in the execution of the project plan, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with financial plans.
  • Monitor and control project costs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including investors, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • A master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale hotel development projects from inception to completion.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, hotel design standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools.
