**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement & Sales**:

- Act as the primary contact for client accounts requesting outsourced staff.
- Receive job orders from clients, including job title, required skills, headcount, and budget.
- Understand the technical nature of the client’s request (e.g., frontend developer, QA tester, DevOps engineer).
- Propose solutions and pricing based on client needs and internal capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Follow up to close outsourcing deals and ensure full client satisfaction.

**Recruitment & Talent Sourcing**:

- Actively source and screen qualified software and IT professionals (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) from various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database).
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding with the client and internal HR team.

**Lead Generation & Market Development**:

- Identify new outsourcing opportunities in the market (local and regional).
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio in the software and technology sector. Attend industry events, tech expos, and networking sessions to generate leads.

**Operations & Account Management**:

- Ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support of outsourced employees.
- Address client feedback or issues promptly and professionally. Track project performance and ensure service delivery KPIs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science,or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outsourcing, B2B sales, or IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of software job roles and required technical skills (e.g., backend/frontend, QA, cloud, etc.).
- Experience managing client accounts and closing service-based deals. Fluent in English.

- Familiar with recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and CRM systems.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
