Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing quality customer support, meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate records of calls, and participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales techniques.

  • Willingness to participate in Training for skill improvement
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with a team
  • Experience in telesales or related roles is a plus
