**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sales Manager** to join our growing team in the **software technology** industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, ensuring sales targets are met, and establish sales team professionals. You will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and positioning our software products effectively within the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share in the software industry.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage client expectations, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all sales processes run smoothly.

**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, software technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, both in existing markets and untapped verticals.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop sales forecasts, track sales performance against targets, and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

**Sales Reporting & CRM Management**:

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, lead generation, pipeline development, and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 4+ years of experience in sales, within the **software technology** industry.
- ** Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, meeting targets, and leading teams.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the software technology market, products, and solutions.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
- Fluency in English is a must.
