Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential customers, identify their needs through effective communication, and offer tailored solutions to generate leads and drive sales. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectivelyz
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in telesales, call center, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required (B2/C1)
