A leader Beauty & Cosmetics ecommerce business is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist that will be a key player in shaping their online presence and ensuring that our brand reaches its maximum potential across all social media channels. You will strategize, create, and manage engaging content while interacting with our audience to build and maintain a strong online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advanced social media strategies that align with the company's goals and drive engagement across platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage daily social media interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to create cohesive digital campaigns.
- Guide and mentor junior social media staff, providing insights and training as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to broaden our reach.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and strategy effectiveness for senior management.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to create compelling content, including graphics and videos.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Creativity and adaptability are essential, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
