**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies for all brands, with a primary focus on DB Investing.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community on all social channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand goals and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the **Arabic market**.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders relevant to the brands.
- Manage and grow social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ensure that content is culturally relevant and resonates with **the Arabic-speaking audience**.
- Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Specialist.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
- ** In-depth knowledge of the Arabic market**, consumer behavior, and digital trends in the region.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling and engaging copy for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in growing and managing social media communities and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative social media solutions.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with international brands.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) for content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
