**Summary of the role**

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing all company social media channels, ensuring regular content is developed, target audience is engaged, and new clients are secured.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handling all aspects related to the company digital representation including managing company social media platforms and content creation.
- Identifying and understanding the company’s target audience to develop content relevant to their needs and interests proactively.
- Developing social media content that includes videos, graphics, infographics, blogs, articles that aligns with company brand.
- Setting up a regular posting schedule on all media channels, maintaining a consistent voice, tone, and visual style that aligns with the company brand’s image, identity, and goals.
- Running advertisements promoting the company’s services and products to increase reach, and acquire new clients.
- Ensuring audience engagement through responding to all audience inquiries, and posting content that engages them.
- Monitoring engagement metrics on all social media channels and adjusting content strategies based on audience feedback and data insights.
- Collaborating with different teams to acquire content, and secure needed approvals as deemed necessary from Management for postings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
- Background in Architectural Engineering is a plus.
- 3+ years of work experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Moderator.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficiency in handling and moderating all company social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest, Company website, and other platforms as applicable.
- Familiarity with SEO for content optimization.
- Good knowledge of software's such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, for graphic and motion content creation and editing.
- Creative mindset with ability to create interactive content for our social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- High attention to details to maintain consistency and accuracy in all messages and postings.
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to maintain a schedule for postings and managing ads.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Working conditions**:
