**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will manage and execute social media strategies for various brands under Finlink Ltd, with a strong focus on DB Investing. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure our social media presence aligns with our brand goals and engages our target audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, primarily for DB Investing, while supporting other brands under Finlink Ltd.
- ** Content Strategy & Development**: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives. Coordinate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and interactive content.
- ** Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and manage our online community by addressing inquiries, fostering discussions, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- ** Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to optimize content and strategy for each brand’s unique audience.
- ** Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- ** Collaborative Campaigns**: Work closely with the marketing team to support cross-functional campaigns and integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing efforts, driving cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- ** Influencer Partnerships**: Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- ** Crisis Management**: Monitor and address potential social media crises or issues with professionalism and efficiency, upholding the brand’s reputation and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally within the finance or fintech sectors.
- ** Skills**: Proficiency with major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar). Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- ** Creativity**: Strong creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to each brand’s unique tone and style.
- ** Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
