**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's presence across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to the fintech and forex audience.
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and user engagement for social media channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a community around our brand.
- Conduct regular social media audits to ensure consistent brand voice and optimize platform performance.
- ** Lead Generation & Campaigns**:
- Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across social media platforms to attract high-quality prospects in the fintech and forex sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving new customer acquisition and increasing conversions.
- Utilize a range of tactics, including paid ads, organic content, and influencer partnerships, to generate leads and grow the customer base.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on lead quality, engagement, and conversion data to improve performance and ROI.
- ** Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Create, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns to promote products, services, and key events in the fintech and forex sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns aimed at growing our follower base and boosting engagement.
- Develop creative assets, including graphics, videos, and written content, in collaboration with internal design teams or external vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, competitor activities, and the latest fintech and forex developments to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant.
- Assist in growing and segmenting the customer database to ensure targeted, personalized communication for maximum effectiveness.
- ** Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Use social media analytics tools to evaluate the performance of campaigns and content, with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead, click-through rate (CTR), customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Continuously monitor the performance of all marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategies based on data insights to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- ** Collaboration and Innovation**:
- Work closely with other departments such as product marketing, design, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Provide innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with our global audience, keeping in mind regional market differences.
- Stay informed of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep the company’s social media efforts competitive and forward-thinking.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive, preferably in the fintech or forex industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and audience-building strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns through social media channels.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on creating compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
