**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies across various brands, with a primary focus on DB Investing. You will be the voice of our brands on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok and YouTube, connecting with audiences through innovative, value-driven content. This role requires a creative thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of crafting content that resonates and drives meaningful engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Creation & Curation**:
Develop and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with each brand’s voice and messaging. Ensure content is relevant, timely, and audience-centered.
- ** Strategy Development**:
Design and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing targets for each brand. Adapt strategies based on current trends, data insights, and competitor analysis.
- ** Community Management**:
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions to build a loyal online community.
- ** Performance Analysis**:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Insights) to track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance. Optimize content and strategy based on KPIs and engagement metrics.
- ** Brand Consistency**:
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual aesthetics across all platforms. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s core values, mission, and messaging guidelines.
- ** Collaborative Campaigns**:
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- ** Trend Monitoring**:

- ** Paid and Organic Social Campaigns**:

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within the finance or investment sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and innovative content strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising, including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to understand complex financial products and communicate them simply and effectively.
