This role drives the development and execution of B.TECH’s employee engagement strategy, focusing on amplifying the employee voice, creating actionable insights from data, and embedding the organization’s values into the culture. The Lead will lead the function, collaborate with leadership, and oversee the effective use of engagement tools and feedback mechanisms to strengthen organizational alignment and performance.
- Develop and lead B.TECH’s employee voice strategy, ensuring all employees are heard through surveys, focus groups, and listening initiatives.
- Implement and oversee engagement tools, using analytics to provide actionable insights to leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and track engagement action plans based on data-driven insights.
- Drive the Values embedding initiative across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and monitor engagement metrics, sharing progress and recommendations with leadership.
- Develop and implement programs to foster a high-performance culture while driving inclusion and alignment initiatives.
