We are now seeking to recruit a people leader for the Software Platform team in Graasten, DK to build a high performing team with the capability to deliver on business needs and priorities set by the Product Owner. This person must ensure the availability of required people and competences, by constantly developing and attracting talent and collaborating with relevant external instances such as universities etc. A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle and Software Technologies will be an advantage.

**Background & Skills**:
The people leader for the Software Platform team will mainly be responsible for:

- Building high performing teams (Scrum teams) with the capability to deliver on business needs and priorities set by the Product Owner.
- Ensure the availability of required people, by constantly developing and attracting talent and collaborating with relevant external instances such as universities etc.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration and value creation
- Be close to the teams and support them towards getting a top-team.
- Work together with other People Managers and strong collaboration with relevant HR partners
- Actively seek opportunities to improve employer branding and attract talent from relevant area of expertise
- However, the People Leader does not have authority to tell people what to work on, nor do they set priorities, assign work or tasks, or supervise the day-to-day, this is self-organized in the Scrum team and is on higher level defined by the Product Owner
