**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring. Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process including document collection, induction programs, and system setup.
- Handle employee exit formalities, including final settlements, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Maintain proper documentation for all employee entries and exits.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture by organizing engagement activities and open communication.
- Mediate employee issues and conduct internal investigations as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Serve as trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Keep all HR documentation and records updated, secure, and compliant.
- Ensure company policies are communicated clearly and followed across all departments.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process with department managers.
- Set up clear performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide support for performance improvement and employee development plans.
- Work closely with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime records using HR systems or Excel.
- Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, allowances, and other entitlements.
- Identify training needs and recommend learning solutions for staff development.
- Organize internal training sessions or coordinate with external training providers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS or manual systems.
- Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
- Support audit processes by providing requested HR data and documentation.
- Support management with workforce planning and departmental structure updates.
- Assist with change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Provide HR insight in meetings related to productivity, cost control, and team management.
- Supervise or assist junior HR staff if applicable.
- Ensure collaboration and communication between HR and other departments.
- Promote best practices in HR and maintain a professional HR service standard.

Pay: Up to E£25,000.00 per month
