We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR Manager** to oversee and manage all human resources functions. You will play a vital role in driving organizational development, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Leadership**
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to discussions on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
**Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong employee relations to promote a positive work environment.
- Manage grievance procedures, resolve conflicts, and support managers in employee-related matters.
- Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
**Performance & Compensation Management**
- Design, implement, and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Support departments with goal setting, performance tracking, and improvement plans.
- Develop compensation structures and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
**HR Policies & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies.
- Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee HR audits and ensure regulatory documentation is in place.
**Training & Development**
- Identify training needs and create development plans for employees across departments.
- Partner with department heads to promote upskilling and career development.
**HR Operations & Systems**
- Manage employee data and HR records accurately and securely.
- Lead implementation and improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and life-cycle events.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant.
