HR Manager – Garments Factory

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager with strong experience in recruitment for garments factories, especially hiring blue collar operators, supervisors, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for factory positions (workers, supervisors, quality teams, technicians, line chiefs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for all production departments.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to reduce turnover and ensure continuous staffing.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning.
  • Handle HR operations related to attendance, discipline, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support factory management in improving employee relations and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in garments / manufacturing.
  • Strong background in mass recruitment and hiring factory roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law.
