**Job Description**:
As an Odoo Website Developer with specialization in online digital marketing for lead generation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving lead generation through strategic website development and digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize Odoo-based websites, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing automation systems and maximizing conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Odoo-based websites to optimize user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize marketing automation tools within Odoo to nurture leads and streamline marketing processes.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing specialists to create engaging website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in website development, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for website-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain website security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Website Developer, with expertise in developing and customizing Odoo-based websites.
- Strong proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
