DigiSay is a leading MPN (Multi-Platform Network) in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DigiSay's objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region using technology and targeting the global market and making sure it's a great place to work for.

**About the Role**

The SEO Specialist is responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase online visibility for DigiSay's clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of SEO campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential search terms related to DigiSay's products, services, and target audience.
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for improved search engine visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages, that aligns with targeted keywords and user intent.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to continuously optimize strategies and drive better results.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors in search engine rankings.
- Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to web developers regarding website structure, URL optimization, schema markup, and other technical aspects.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with other online marketing channels, such as social media and paid advertising, for a cohesive and effective digital marketing approach.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, and present findings to clients, highlighting the impact of SEO efforts on their business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2 -4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, meta tags optimization, link building, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with website development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with web developers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the SEO industry.
