**Responsibilities**:
Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies that drive
organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and
optimize website content and meta tags.
Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website
authority and domain ranking.
Monitor and analyze website performance and search engine ranking
data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page
optimizations to improve website crawlability, indexability, and
performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social
media, and development, to optimize website content and user
experience for search engines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and
industry best practices to ensure continuous optimization and
improvement.

**Other Technical Responsibilities**:
On-Page SEO:
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for website
content and meta tags.
Optimize website content with targeted keywords and related terms.
Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and tags for all website pages.
Optimize images and videos with appropriate alt tags and descriptions.
Ensure website content is optimized for readability, accessibility, and
user experience.
Optimize internal links and sitemap for search engine crawlers

Off-Page SEO:
Build high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
Manage and optimize social media profiles and content for search
visibility.
Monitor and manage online reputation and reviews to improve brand
visibility.
Collaborate with influencers and other partners for link building and
content promotion.
Technical SEO:
Optimize website speed and performance for faster loading times.
Optimize website for mobile devices and mobile-first indexing.
Monitor and fix broken links and error pages.
Ensure website is secure with HTTPS and SSL certificates.
Optimize website architecture and navigation for search engine
crawlers.
Optimize robots.txt file and XML sitemap for better indexing and
crawling.
Keyword Research:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords for
website content and meta tags.
Analyze keyword competition and search volume to prioritize high
- value keywords.
Create a keyword strategy that aligns with business goals and target
audience.
Use keyword research tools to identify keyword gaps and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies
accordingly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of
driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research,
on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google
Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive
decision-making.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross
- functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of
accuracy and quality.
