**Requirements and responsibilities**

The Documentation Support Specialist assists with translating documentation and training materials, both written and audio, to ensure product offerings are available in both of Canada’s official languages.

**Organizational Relationships**:

- Peers: Analysts, QA, Support & Technical Trainers

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve a practical understanding of ccmEnterprise and related software.
- Obtain a functional comprehension of the English ccmEnterprise terms for effective translation into French.
- Work with the team to ensure that product Help Files are translated into French and are up to date.
- Work with the team to ensure the written training manuals are reviewed, translated and updated.
- Work with the team to help create new Camtasia videos and provide French audio and written translations.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism English/French
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Degree or diploma in Technical Writing for software (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with HelpNDoc and Camtasia is an asset.
