Requirements and responsibilities

**L2 Technical Support Specialist**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong Escalating and de-escalating skills.
Locate the right support articles and troubleshooting info.
Delivering high-quality service, ensuring that the information provided to customers is accurate, valid, and complete, delivered on time.
Documenting ticket actions and resolutions.
Support L1 experience as SME or L2 support is a must.
Handling clients by calls and Tickets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to work well as part of a team.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
English B2 proficiency.
Strong Jira experience.
Good experience with using Microsoft Exchange and O365.
Strong Network experience.
2+ years’ experience minimum.
