**Procurement Manager - Mega2M & Fenix (Shower Hoses & Fire Fighting Systems)**

**Company Overview**:
**Mega2M** and **Fenix** are subsidiaries of **2M Plast Group**, specializing in the manufacturing of **PVC-based shower hoses** and **fire-fighting brass components** (e.g. valves, fittings, sprinklers). We are looking for a seasoned **Procurement Manager** with experience in **industrial and technical procurement**, to lead and optimize sourcing activities across both product lines.

**Job Purpose**:
This role is responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for both factories — including raw materials for plastic extrusion and components for brass fire fighting systems — while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and operational continuity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for **PVC compounds**, **flexible hose materials**, and **brass components** (valves, fittings, sprinkler parts)
- Source suppliers locally and internationally for both **Mega2M** (sanitary products) and **Fenix** (fire fighting systems)
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to ensure material specifications match technical needs
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular evaluations
- Supervise import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems (Odoo/SAP)
- Lead cost-saving and risk mitigation initiatives in line with group strategy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in **industrial procurement**, preferably in **plastics**, **sanitary ware**, or **fire fighting industry**:

- Solid knowledge of sourcing **brass materials**, **casting components**, and **PVC/plastic raw materials**:

- Familiarity with **local and international suppliers** (Turkey, China, Europe, MENA)
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Experience with **import/export logistics and customs clearance**:

- ERP system proficiency (e.g., Odoo, SAP), plus strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
- Residing near Sherouk City or able to work full-time on-site
