Procurement Manager – Bird Nest

Bird Nest is transforming property management and hospitality across Egypt. As we grow, we're looking for a
Procurement Manager
to lead sourcing across all service categories and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead procurement strategies across general services, furniture, laundry, housekeeping, transportation, design furniture, and medical insurance.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure optimal terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning.
  • Ensure timely procurement to support smooth operations and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for audits and compliance.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and identify new supplier opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • 7+ years of procurement experience
    , preferably in hospitality, real estate, or service-based industries.
  • Strong experience managing multiple supplier categories and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • ERP or procurement software experience is a plus.
