Procurement Intern:

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to join our fintech company and gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor research, and supplier evaluation
  • Assist in preparing negotiation, comparison sheet, Technical and commercial evaluation, reviewing contracts, and maintaining procurement documentation
  • Conduct market research and price comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Help maintain vendor databases and track procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Help to achieve all vendor contracts based on region and category
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements
  • Support invoice reconciliation and vendor payment tracking
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and procurement automation projects

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (final year) or recent graduate in supply chain management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, legal or related field
  • Available to work on-site three days per week (At least)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in fintech and technology-driven procurement processes
