The Procurement Manager at Nawy Real Estate plays a crucial role in managing the procurement process to ensure the acquisition of materials and services at the best quality, price, and time frame. This position will oversee the procurement team, develop procurement strategies, and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
  • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and supplier developments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine purchasing needs and schedule procurements accordingly.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
