What You'll Achieve

Procurement Operations

  • Handle end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Review and analyze technical specifications to ensure procurement requirements align with project needs.
  • Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier bids, and coordinate negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues affecting delivery, quality, or compliance.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and contract files.
  • Support cost control and budget tracking efforts in line with company financial goals.

What You'll Bring to ACC

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks across projects.
