**Department Overview**: We are now looking for a student who would like to join our Middle East, Central

Asia and Turkey Project Management Team as Junior Project Manager. The

student will support the more senior project managers and leading different

activities related to implementation phase of complex critical communications

projects.
**- Review project proposal and deliverables with the Project Management Team and other related departments (Stakeholders) that will be involved to determine proper lead time, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Maintain good communication with Motorola Solutions Project Stakeholders and Sub-Contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process of individual Work Packages.
- Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting as detailed by the lead PM to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all tasks are completed as prescribed, and all ordering is processed in a timely fashion.
- In conjunction with the PM Plan, arrange and monitor all shipping arrangements through to fulfillment.
- Provide Administrative assistance to the Programme Manager on all Project related tasks.

***Basic Requirements**:

- Ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment
- Proficiency with MS office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.)
