**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including requirements gathering sessions, UAT
- sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage changes to project scope and schedule, ensuring mínimal impact on deliverables.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, GUC, AUC, or BUE graduates are preferred.
- Proven experience from 2 to 5 years as a Software Project Manager or project coordinator.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
