**Job Description: Project Manager (Project Delivery, Scrum Management)**

**Experience Required**: 5+ years

**Location**: Remote (Aligned with Saudi Time Zone)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage **project delivery** across various teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee **Scrum management** by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing project risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, scope, and deliverables.
- Drive the team to achieve sprint goals, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Lead the effort in identifying roadblocks and proactively removing them to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure consistent project tracking using project management tools (e.g., **Jira**, **Trello**, **Asana**) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in project management processes to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and helping them develop their skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience in **project delivery management** and **scrum management** in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within scope.
- Hands-on experience with **Agile** project management tools such as **Jira**, **Trello**, **Confluence**, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote, distributed teams and aligning them with project goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Scrum Master certification** or similar Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).
- Experience in **software development** or **IT projects** is a plus.
- **PMP certification** or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in managing **remote teams** and working in **cross-cultural environments**.
