Project Control Manager, Pds Projects

**Location**: North Coast - Marsa Matrouh, Egypt
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement project control systems and procedures
2. Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules
3. Prepare and analyze project performance reports
4. Identify and mitigate project risks
5. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection
6. Manage change control processes
7. Conduct earned value analysis and forecasting
8. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project status and issues
9. Support the development of project budgets and schedules
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
4. Experience in EOT preparation and analysis.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
10. Experience working in Egypt or the Middle East is preferred.
