**Job Summary**:
As a Contracts Manager for PDS, you will play a critical role in managing the post-contract stage of our projects. With a minimum of 14 years of related experience, you will bring extensive expertise in contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and effectively managing contractual risks. Your role will involve overseeing contract administration, minimizing disputes, and optimizing project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the post-contract stage of projects and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance and identify areas of potential risk or non-compliance.
Oversee contract administration processes, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolutions.
Collaborate with project teams to review contract documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide guidance on contractual obligations, rights, and limitations to internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate with clients and contractors to resolve contract-related issues and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
Implement and maintain effective contract management processes, systems, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and financials to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project execution.
Stay informed about industry best practices and changes to relevant laws and regulations.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 14 years of related experience, with a strong focus on post-contract stage management.
Demonstrated expertise in contract management, particularly in commercial and construction contracts.
Experience with FIDIC contracts.
In-depth knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes effectively.
Experience in negotiating and managing change orders, claims, and variations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry-standard contract management software and tools.
Advanced certifications or qualifications in contract management are advantageous.
