What This Job Involves

Our Work Dynamics department advises investors, owners and companies on creating sustainable value and providing project management assistance in construction, renovation, fit-out, sustainable regeneration or urban redevelopment.

Our consultants focus on creating value and managing risk on behalf of their clients by providing in-depth market knowledge, a rigorous and reliable methodology, and an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.

Missions

Collection of requirements from the project owner (investors, developers, institutions, etc.)
Handle all Project management activities
Actively manage all project reporting and records keeping
Actively lead all construction, scheduling, commercial, procurement, risk, Health and safety management activities conducted by the team.
lead all Procurement Activities including prequalification’s, tendering and evaluation
Lead all Contracts management and Scope management activities.
Handle tracking of Material and Equipment ordering & delivery status
Review Progress Billings and reports by all project stakeholders.
Review Change Orders in parallel with the Project commercial management.
Prepare documents for uploading in project document controlling platforms.
Manage Close Out Documentation & O&M Manuals
Actively manage all QA/QC procedures set forward by project lead.
Follow-up on preliminary studies and on preliminary outline, final design, tender documents and assistance with work contracts

**Lead definition of a project concept**: collection of requirements from the various business teams
Manage consultation and selection of technical stakeholders (architects, design offices, engineering firms, etc.)
Lead Team Management activities during the works phase (consultants/contractors/vendors)
Assistance to the client in the acceptance of the works
Handle Commercial responsibilities both in the our services’ development and in our projects’ financial management.

You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent
You have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role and environment (construction companies, real estate services company
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
You are a team player
You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
You are proficient in essential project management softwares
