**Job Title**: Construction Manager - Residential Projects, PDS

**Location**: Matrouh, Egypt

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and implement project execution plans, including construction schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction team members.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction activities, address any issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with the design team to review and approve construction drawings and shop drawings.
Manage and track project costs, prepare and review change orders, and maintain project budgets.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of construction-related matters.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements. Implement and maintain a strong focus on site safety and enforce safety protocols.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
13-17 years of Proven experience as a Construction Manager in luxurious residential projects.
In-depth knowledge of residential finishing processes, methods, and materials.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in residential construction.
