_Reporting into the DCOM & UAR MEA Director, The key purpose of this role is to Manage data lake, advance analytics & testing support, Responsible for overseeing and maintaining MEA DCOM reporting and analytics for sales, digital shelf, share of search & DCOMM performance marketing activity_

**What will be your key responsibilities?**

DCOMM Analytics
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining Mars Wrigley’s DCOMM reporting and analytics for sales, digital shelf, share of search & DCOMM performance marketing activity.
- Analyze data to gather actionable insights, with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement that results in increased conversions through DCOMM channels.
- Extract meaningful, relevant insights from various data sets. Uncover and share clear conclusions and recommendations for action.
- Subject matter expert and key user of Mars Wrigley’s digital shelf analytics and insights tool, performing analysis to identify opportunities to increase performance in our customers DCOMM platforms.
- Work closely with and support the DCOMM Content & SEO Lead to help identify test and learn opportunities and collaborate on a broader digital optimization roadmap. Assisting in validating experiments and understanding what’s impacting customer algorithms.
- Work collaboratively with similar roles in Category and Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) to collaborate on data and insights sharing that result in opportunities driven out of broader analysis from category, shopper behaviors and strategic pricing.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Development & Customer Marketing teams to identify how to best measure the performance of experiments and activity to ensure digital activations are delivering on objectives and contributing effectively to DCOMM growth performance.
- Present findings from analysis and use data to tell compelling stories for stakeholders on DCOMM performance, sales attribution, and test & learn opportunities.
- Partner with Mars Global analytics teams to help drive digital acceleration programs and activate experiments in conjunction with Mars Global and associated partners in the Australian market.
- Onboarding new customers sales data and other metrics into MW’s DCOMM analytics ecosystem and general maintenance for dashboards and reports.
