Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive based in Egypt to support marketing operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This role will focus on driving regional visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in content and SEO marketing, event coordination, demand generation, and data-driven reporting and analytics.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a strong understanding of the MEA marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & SEO

  • Plan and execute regional content and SEO strategies aligned with global marketing objectives.
  • Create, edit, and optimize Arabic and English content for web, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor organic growth, and collaborate with global SEO teams to enhance performance.
  • Manage regional content calendars and oversee localization of global content for MEA audiences.

2. Event Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Lead the execution of regional webinars, conferences, and partner-led events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics — from planning and vendor coordination to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to convert event leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Drive regional demand generation campaigns through paid media, email, and social channels.

3. Reporting, Analytics & Marketing Operations

  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
  • Maintain dashboards and monitor key marketing KPIs across platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing strategy and execution.
  • Support budget management, vendor coordination, and compliance with internal marketing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or research-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and event management.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) is an advantage.
