Data Analyst

Job Purpose
The Data Analyst is a key member of the Digital team at Bespin Global MEA, driving strategic decision-making and business performance through data. This role combines hands-on expertise in Power BI and Salesforce with a strong understanding of business operations and emerging AI capabilities. The Data Analyst generate actionable insights, ensures data quality, and prepares data assets for automation and AI integration. Supporting cross-functional teams, the analyst enables data-informed decisions and contributes directly to the company's AI strategy.

Job Description
Data Analytics and Business Insights

• Analyze and interpret data from Salesforce, Power BI, and other sources to provide actionable insights aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business units (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to understand challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Partner with the Digital team on data readiness initiatives that support AI-powered insights, predictions, or automations.

Dashboard Development and Reporting

• Design and maintain automated, visually effective dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline analysis, lead conversion, revenue tracking, and sales performance.
• Present findings and visualizations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data Quality and Governance

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across Salesforce, Power BI, and external sources.
• Conduct regular data validation and collaborate with admins and developers to enhance data structures and governance.
• Support ISO 27001-related data accuracy, reporting controls, and audit trails.
• Help identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement or data enrichment.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as a data partner to business functions, bridging analytics and strategy.
• Educate and support teams in using dashboards and interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal reporting frameworks, KPI models, and AI-readiness efforts.

Compliance

• Comply with the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements, and actively participate in regular training and audits to ensure continuous alignment with the standard

Additional Responsibilities
Education

• Bachelor's Degree of Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Professional Certifications

• Power BI Certification (PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is preferred
• Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)

Knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI reporting, or sales operations analytics.
• Strong hands on-expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structure.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales, operations, or marketing.
• Strong skills in Excel and basic SQL for data manipulation.
• Awareness of AI concepts and their application in reporting, automation, and business processes.
• Exposure to project management or productivity tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience using or supporting AI tools, automation platforms, or predictive analytics is a plus.
