Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in Cairo, Egypt. The Data Analyst will manage, organize, and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights. Tasks include designing data models, identifying trends, generating reports, and collaborating with teams to drive data-informed decisions that support Nafham's mission of personalized learning.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources (internal systems, databases, external data) to support business needs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational goals.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports summarizing department performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling
  • Proficiency in Statistics and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent Communication skills to present findings effectively
  • Minimum 3 years experience in analysis is a must
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is beneficial
