Atrium TMG looking for Data Analyst

-Industry: Construction / Main Contractor / Industrial Projects

-location: Madinty

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Collect, structure, and analyze data related to scaffolding and formwork operations (material quantities, productivity rates, man-hours, equipment utilization, etc.).

2.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and KPI reports for management.

3.Track material movement and utilization to prevent shortages, excess, or idle inventory.

4.Support planning and estimation teams with accurate productivity benchmarks and cost forecasts.

5.Analyze project progress vs. baseline plans to identify variances, delays, and bottlenecks.

Skills & Requirements:-

1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related field.

2.(3–5) years of experience in scaffolding, formwork, or construction operations (required).

3.Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling).

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.Good communication skills to work across technical and site teams.

Preferred:-

1.Experience working with main contractors or large-scale projects.

2.Familiarity with HSE standards and site workflows.

3.Knowledge of systems such as ERP, SAP, or Construction Project Management Software.
